Please allow 10 business days for order processing and verification. For all shipped packages, you will receive your tracking number via email or text depending on which contact information you provided when placing your order. If you are experiencing delays with your international order, please reach out to customer service to help assist with more additional information.
Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5pm EST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
International customers must pay ALL applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges as determined and varies by government and country. We are unable to and cannot provide you with the total cost of these potential charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.
